"The prep was so thorough. They scraped the old paint, sanded the shingles, inspected and replaced missing shingles, rotted window frames, patched the chips and cracks on the exposed foundation. They made wise recommendations. They smiled with patience as we changed our mind on some colors. We could not be any happier with the final outcome. Our old house looks so fresh and new! The carpentry work he did for me was fabulous. The framing he did was perfect and he was able to add extra space to my kitchen. did a fantastic job removing the stain from wooden ceiling beams and painting them. He did an amazing job prepping and painting wood paneling and removing wall paper. All of his work is done with care and he meets every single deadline. I’ve used lots of local painters over the years and none compare. I only wish I had discovered Alvarados Painting earlier.”

“Great painting contractor. Darwin and his crew worked hard and delivered as promised. He was able to transform a 3 family home that was in dire need of a facelift on the exterior. Excessive scraping, repair, and prep work was done prior to painting. The end result met all expectations. Will definitely hire to do more work in the near future. “This is going to be a really long review because this guy is amazing. He did everything I asked and then some. He did really great work and everything looks beautiful. He removed the wallpaper and primed, patched holes and painted everything. He really made sure that I liked everything that he did and didn't want paid until I looked everything over and was happy with what he did. I am extremely happy with all the work that he did. He was reasonably priced and just really great overall. We will use him again and again and I would highly recommend him.”
